Hosting Your Ohio Weddings & Banquets

The club provides the basics for all weddings. However, the club does offer a full service wedding coordinator. Our wedding consultant is an experienced, organized, detail oriented person. The idea of a wedding coordinator is not to make decisions for you but to guide and assist you in making informed decisions, creating a wedding day timeline, interacting with all of your vendors the day of the event, and provide etiquette advice.

Plus All the Trimmings...

Entertainment, cakes, floral arrangements, decorations, photographers, limousines, ice carvings, archways, columns, tent heaters, custom linens, tent additions and fans can be rented with the cost passed along accordingly. Custom linens, extra tables, chairs and chair coverings may be requested and ordered for an additional fee.

Our reception packages include clothed stage, cloth table linens, colored linen napkins of your choice, glassware, fine china, silverware, white chairs, and round tables to seat 6 to 10 guests.

Deposits & Requirements

Westbrook Country Club charges a setup and tear down fee for all non– member events. If you would like to host a function on a day the Club is generally closed, the Club requires a $2,500 food and beverage minimum. The food and beverage minimum is $1,000 for functions starting after 1:00 pm if the event is being scheduled on a day that the club opens at 5:00 p.m.
 
A $1,000 deposit, which will be applied to the final bill, is required for all banquet functions in order to confirm a date reservation for the event, along with a signed contract. A deposit equal to the setup & tear down fee is required for all Non-Member banquet functions, which will be applied to the final bill. Deposits must be
received to confirm date reservation for the event along with signed contract. Westbrook Country Club
requires a $3,000 dollar Food & Beverage Minimum to host a Saturday event.
